I have been living at Las Aguas for 6 months now and have really enjoyed it. It is super easy to work with management (Keone has been great) and the location is perfect. It is on the canal and very close to the best Phoenix has to offer.

I really enjoyed my time here. Excellent value/location. The pool and fitness center are awesome. Taco Tuesday and Wine Wednesday every week are cool events. Staff is great. Highly recommend!

I have lived at Las Aguas for a year and a half and I love my apartment! I have a one-bedroom and it's a great size for me. It is a friendly, yet quiet complex with an excellent pool. The location is awesome and it's a cheap uber ride to anywhere in the city. I highly recommend checking out Las Aguas!

I been living here for 7 months and this place is great. I was living on Tempe Town Lake for 6 years prior paying almost twice as much rent and dealing with loud, rude, annoying people and management. Las Aguas is soooooo much better and the management treats you like family. They always have something cool going on in the office.

Las Aguas has wonderful amenities, as well as, a caring staff. The pool, club house, and gym are all cleaned, stocked, and taken care of by the wonderful staff provided at Las Aguas. Never have I heard of an apartment which talks and works with the residents. As well as, provide fun, and inviting events to meet new people, and your neighbors. The apartments are brand new, and even though it has been open since April doesn't show many signs of wear and tear. Nice places to walk are only a few steps away, including but not limited to the botanical garden, the Phoenix Zoo, and the canal. Such a wonerful place and it can be your home too!

The amazing price and location aside, Brian and Carter are the reasons my roommates and I chose this apartment. They are knowledgeable and kind hearted making move in easy and welcoming. Pluses include: coffee in the clubhouse which is open 24/7 to residents, 2-story parking garage, as well as a gorgeous pool area with grill and hangout area.

Best place I have ever lived in.
